Well I have worked with armani for the period of 2 years, Pros:- Uniforms Cons:- biggest hypocrite and aggressive brand head, he just make you feel like a slave and uses bad language so often and flirt with womens, for each and everything they will put you in PIP and warning mails a brand filled with biggest politics and lickers Highly not recommended

Mithun the brand head is ugly aggressive & waste fellow

The only thing decent is the branded clothing we receive from Armani Exchange

No trainings done,job security is as such that the head will create circumstances that would make you leave the company,career growth is stagnant as they promise growth but fake,salary is 80:20 which means you'll receive 80% of your salary if you don't achieve the target of the month, travelling is not there,politics is seen in their undeserving candidates filling up the higher designation,learning and development is zero,work environment is dreadful
