Politically motivated management with myopic vision . Poor financial control and accounting frauds which region management will try to cover up instead of taking legal action on those who have done it. Racism will be ubiquitous , as the MEA region comes under hood of EMEA so Europeans will not mind sacrificing MEA region performing employees to save their back

In terms of EHS function or to be specific in terms of Safety function lot of scope was there for improvement for which I worked upon in last 1.5 years... More support from Management for Behavioural change of employees and Their Mindset is required to become World class Safety culture organisation.... Thanks

Lack of Systems or Procedure in terms of Long term safety improvements for culture and their related compliances after implantation ....

Armacell is very good and care taking company of there every employee and other operators. There is no compromise about safety and other health. I feel proud becouse my job is there.

There is lot of politics on shop floor. Otherwise no compare between other company and Armacell.

Top notch trainers & training facility Employee friendly policies They literally care for their employee Fair and healthy atmosphere.. very less or no politics. Performance management & review system is truly effective!👍 Culture of reward & Recognition is in the DNA of organisation.. can be called as "Great place to work"

Nothing much.. office is little far from city

Nice people to work with.I loved working but had to quit due to some personal commitments . Was in the finance team as a functional trainee. Human Resource managers are very co-operative and friendly.
