Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. The good thing about the company is that colleagues build connections quickly. There are only 1 or 2 toxic people, but aside from that, everyone is good. You will learn a lot, from scratch to project deployment, including different programming languages, frameworks, skills, and payment integrations.

Dislikes

They expect more work for less salary, and you will be treated well if you meet those expectations. Otherwise, you may not be recognized by the company. It is a product-based company, so even if there are no client projects, you will be committed to product development. Although the official working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, no one is allowed to leave at 6. You'll often leave after 7 or 8 PM. Your input is rarely considered (maybe once a year), as the company's rules are the final word most of the time.
