Worst Company in the world. 6 months salary pending and they will not pay you last 6 months salary when you leave the company. They will give false promises that they will clear the salary once you are transferred to other company but they will not lift the call if you call them.

Dislikes

The management consists of cheaters who don't have a basic understanding of how to run the company. Manpower salaries, Sub contractors salaries, Vendors salaries are all pending. they just cheat you and go with a new vendor or contractor and never clear the pending payments including own employees also.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
