Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Worst Company in the world. 6 months salary pending and they will not pay you last 6 months salary when you leave the company. They will give false promises that they will clear the salary once you are transferred to other company but they will not lift the call if you call them.

Dislikes

The management consists of cheaters who don't have a basic understanding of how to run the company. Manpower salaries, Sub contractors salaries, Vendors salaries are all pending. they just cheat you and go with a new vendor or contractor and never clear the pending payments including own employees also.
