If you put your efforts, and if you willing to educate yourself then Arkad is a very good company.

Dislikes

No compensation, no appraisals. Too much politics nationality wise. Salary delay, also no salary for 5-6 months. I resigned 7months ago and still i have not yet received my final settlement amount from the company. Many workers are in the camp for more than a year without a single penny from company. Indian embassy not helping, saudi government not doing anything. Useless shameless company who do not value their workers effort which have taken them to such big heights. Karma plays its role. Wait and watch ARKAD

...shonorable, dishonest Management at scene last 3 Yrs its Continuing up to now. The Employees are all Really Suffered to Receive the Monthly Salary in this Arkad Company, still i am Not Received my last (7) Seven month Salary, Benefits, 1 Year Iqama Renewal Fees and Settlement Amount Etc, the same goes for other Arkad Employees. Some Employees got the Exit to their home Country with Received only 40%-50% Settlement Amount, But they Struggling and Fight with management more then 5-6 months (stand-by/ideally)after then they spend own pocket money for Flight Tickets to get back to their home. Some Employees get Local Transfer to some other Companies in Side the Saudi (Including me too also) but Local Transfer Employees Still their Not Received any Settlement amount from the Company. Up to Now Still we all are Waiting for the Settlement Amount but from the Company their is no Response and they not Consider us but The Arkad Company they Started other Project on Join-Voucher with Some other Company . I still Hope Almighty God-for my honest worked Money..................... (Kindly Please Don't recommend any employee for this Company) its my Request. Regards,

Arkad engineering and construction company is place where you learn a lot. Their management systems will uplift your skill. Working environment will be fantastic.

There is nothing to like about ARKAD. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Dislikes

Management is poor. You'll receive salary once every 2 months and 25 days. Finding a replacement for your position is your sole responsibility else you cannot go anywhere even when your contract expires. They don't accept resignation. They don't keep their word. The packages are also low compared to other Aramco contractors. The management is full of people with no experience at all.

I do like Arkad due to its excellent Management and giving value to its stakeholders.

I would say as a dislike, Its financial management but we, as a team, working hard to develop it and to make it best in the industry
