The sole advantage is the timely salary disbursement.

...d only females get more increment.Increment based on performance is just a joke. High performing employees only get more work and less salary. 2. No overtime pay, they only want people who can work for free after working hours ( yes you will get 2 vadpav and 1 half fried rice). 3. Company doesn't take losses instead its passed on to employess and salary is deducted in emi system(owners only wants profit and losses evenly distributed to its employees). 4. Managers are just puppets of top management (they will force employees to work for 14 hrs without overtime pay and will not solve employees issues). 5. When there is trailing holiday in a week (i.e. after or before Sunday) you are expected to work on sunday to compensate the holiday. 6. List of Work responsibilities for even Data entry operator is longer than the manager but holiday list is shortest. 7. They expect you to complete targets with 3rd class resources and manpower. 8. Office location is very far(in jungle area) and they dont provide traveling facility even public transport is hard to get. So please save yourself and stay miles away from this company
