Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The company Work environment is nice and balanced. Safety culture and innovative ideas implementation's and Poke-yoke, QIS projects takings for increasing production and quantity. I love the fact that I am a part of a teem that making hight quality Steel product and has a global client base. I got opportunity to meet and working with the various cultural backgrounds and variable states, variable country people.

... Managers do not value an individuals, some times I taking bake my suggestions. Salary and appraisal percentage is low and appraisal rules will changing most of times.
