As we talked about whole group Arise IIP it is a good organization. There is great scope for Finance and Marketing guys.

...r this company it worst there no define police for manufacturing/Technical guys. They can change employee benefits and salary any time of the year they can reduce your salary. Increments in salary is very rare, if you are lucky they you can get once in 3 years. Long story short this company is not good for technical team

...ellent. Employee facilities are very good, promotions and appraisals are prompt. salary and benefits are excellent.

Internal Politics are very much, you do how much hard work, no recognization. they will stick to their own pets (recommended individuals).

Nothing as such now. Earlier CEO was looking after business with different perspective Now we have new COO who does loose talks and is to be discounted

Pure lalla company with people to get promotion and increment if you carry Oil to be put on people. Non proper hiring. People given post and high salaries without rational. Few people who work and are real gem is taken for granted and looked after. Do not spoil your life and carrier by joining the company. It is on its way to disaster.

Salariés are good and disbursed timely.

Company is a big scam. It is completely different from their media advertisement. On ground no big work done compared to what they are advertising. And whatever industrial zone/processing plant they developed so far also completely non performing and failure.

They don’t value your time or efforts, no sense of how to talk to an employee, everyday will make you do overtime even make you work on weekends too but never pay for those extra hours, no work culture and very toxic & depressing environment, they also don’t give appraisal by stating stupid reasons such as you don’t interact enough with your colleagues like means what do they need us for work or entertainment? Very selfish company and not worthy at all. Very negligences are there in administrative and HR part too. No work from home policies too always gonna ask you personal reasons why you need a leave. Even interfere too much into an employee’s personal life.
