There is a lot of political and the management doesn't adress our issues, salary is not grown up, management is poor in every department

The information that I received and learned as engineer in the construction industry. Specifically, how the construction process is be done with the quality way following high and proper technical specifications creating a large scale building.

Dislikes

I think tensor should be invest more in the training such as hiring students from the Universities with the purpose to spread the knowledge of the construction process. Which can become a source of knowledge of some students doing an industrial placement which can help to combine the theoretical background from their courses at the universities by the work experience how the market works.
