I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Dislikes

...any ideas, and behavior is very poor he always try to insult you like sweet way. 2) Salary is very poor. Most of the employee work there for under 15000 3) Also environments is very toxic. 4) They are not provide any pay slip. 5) My advice to you all who are wanted to grow there career please don't go there. The salary is very poor compared to the average. This company is too small to offer opportunities for promotion. There is no skill development. The culture is very bad; all people are narrow-minded, especially the boss. The boss humiliates employees with a soft tone.
