...eat on employees, work described and allotted is completely different and vague. They hold my 2 month salary and did not pay my full and final amount, their notice period is 3 months, dont join here at any cost.

honestly speaking in the initial stage of my joining everything is decent i mean office culture ,environment seniors behavior but later on before even one month things are getting change dirty politics were start happening and seniors also start pressurizing and they start overburden employee to complete there target and at the time of joining the HR and other seniors are pretend to be very sweet but later on they show there true colors .

...matter how much to have to stay in the office even after office hours are over .also they didn't provide salary on time i work there and the dirty part is they tell anything at the time of joining and after u join them they didn't even clear about the salary part .each and every employee are frustrated there due to work pressure .the HR ,manager all are bloody frauds. never suggest anyone to join this company pls bcoz what they show at the time of joining the picture is totally different my friends ,

... on owners. They dont listen to anyone nor do they care for any single employee. For them Paying industry standar salary is like they are paying huge salary. Therese no KPI followed, they will assign anything at any point of time. Its always there way. Rest employees are just like donkeys to them. As they say employees have to do. No apprasial at all, But work will get assigned to u like donkeys. Lot of micromanagement. Worst culture ever. Its so stressful that people will leave the work by themselves. They only like employees who are ready to do tons of work and be available 24/7 and 365 days in a salary like peanuts.

...nate he, jo employee k favour m ni hoti he. hr ko kuch bhi bolo to sunte nhi he. nikalne ki dhmki dete he fir salary bhi nhi dete. me jinke through gya tha unko bhi bol diya he is company me kisi ko na bheje kbhi. time k liye bhi kich kich krte he

Company's atmosphere is okay as per girl concern but it isn't mean it's healthy. They may arrange training also on few products but it is also uncertain. If will to learn then only you will get knowledge as nobody will help you. Sometimes you have work on weekoff also.

...lso not get change to define yourself. In my working cycle I HV seen many cases. No value of your skills but if you're "chamach" of any top management then you can get good salary with job security. You can do whatever you want like can come late go early take leaves anytime can go home in middle of working hours. No appraisal policy no salary grade. You have to wait for years to get appraisal. No incentive but they'll deduct your salary with so many reasons. owner's child always shout like you anpadh gawar you don't know anything why you are sitting here who will justify your salary your colleagues salary and tea water electricity expense. They hire people on higher package who can work or they unable to do work and asked indirectly to junior grade employee to justify higher package emp salary also. If you are not having skills set but know very good spoken English then they will treat you as highly educated experienced and skilled person and hire you in a moment with good package. Management is very poor. They don't know how run company they seeks only personal profit. It gives you feeling like Company runs by uneducated person. HR doesn't know anything about company policy appraisal policy how to assist emp if they faces some issue. She don't want to discuss it. She don't know how to handle situations. She came office at 11 and go home anytime after 5. She also not taking any initiation for new activity or something for employees. She act like puppet.
