An area that could be improved is the work schedule on Saturdays. Even though it's a half day, overtime often extends the hours. Another issue is that some branches have Saturdays off, while others don't; that's kind of unfair.

Arpit Jain is an immature fraudster fooling with clients and employees. The take money from clients and then lose them in wrong investments. They cheat on employees, work described and allotted is completely different and vague. They hold my 2 month salary and did not pay my full and final amount, their notice period is 3 months, dont join here at any cost.

Mangement is basically fraud, HR's are pathetic, MR. ARPIT JAIN (Joint MD) is a highly unprofessional person, who doesn't know how to talk, how to behave and how to run a company. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY, STAY UNEMPLOYED BUT DONT JOIN HERE, NEVER!!!

fake promises ,don't even provide offer letter ,management are so poor, over pressure, treating employee like machine .dirty work ethics ,self fish, they are totally fraud ,does not give client any services just charge huge brokerage ,they just want target to be done at any cost no matter how much to have to stay in the office even after office hours are over .also they didn't provide salary on time i work there and the dirty part is they tell anything at the time of joining and after u join them they didn't even clear about the salary part .each and every employee are frustrated there due to work pressure .the HR ,manager all are bloody frauds. never suggest anyone to join this company pls bcoz what they show at the time of joining the picture is totally different my friends ,...Read More
