As an loyal employee of 7.5 years, I'd experienced with a higher job security, tremendous work culture and one of the best mamangements I'd ever seen. The Management's policies are appropriate. There's no point of reasoning for the dislikes. As I'd aforementioned in the above statement, as I'm fully satisfied in terms of higher Skills development and there're infinite number of scope for learnings. 😊
