For site team there is no pressure to work overtime but as design team there is always pressure to comple te project for submission.

As an loyal employee of 7.5 years, I'd experienced with a higher job security, tremendous work culture and one of the best mamangements I'd ever seen. The Management's policies are appropriate. I'm working with immense pleasure and satisfaction. There's no point of reasoning for the dislikes. As I'd aforementioned in the above statement, as I'm fully satisfied in terms of higher Skills development and there're infinite number of scope for learnings. 😊
