I would like to share my experience with AriesPro Technology Services to caution others who are considering joining this company. If you value your career and professional growth, I strongly advise against joining AriesPro. At first, the company may make you feel valued and important, as if they truly need you. However, when it comes to increments or career growth, they resort to unjust terminations, often placing false accusations on employees. The company has a history of firing talented employees without valid reasons, especially during appraisal periods, rather than providing deserved salary hikes. The management and HR team lack professionalism, and their decision-making is highly questionable. The leadership, including Shivani Ji and Maulesh Ji, does not prioritize employee well-being. Instead of recognizing and retaining skilled employees, they promote individuals who engage in office politics and spread false information about their colleagues. Additionally, the company does not provide proper documentation such as relieving letters or experience certificates, making it difficult for employees to transition smoothly to new opportunities. It appears they lack the basic organizational structure to handle employee exits professionally. In the past year alone, over 20 employees have been terminated without valid reasons, likely because the company could not afford increments. This pattern of behavior reflects the company's instability and lack of financial planning. For anyone considering joining AriesPro Technology Services, I urge you to think carefully before making a decision, as this company could negatively impact your career growth. Jisse english smjh naa aaye toh hindi mein bta de ki yeh company bhut bekaar company hai iss company ko join naa kren agar aap apna career spoil ni krna chahte hai because yeh company aapko increment ke time fire kr degi aisa bol kr ki aapki performance khrab hai jabki inki aukaat ni hai aapko pay krne ki 😄 😅 company ke manager, hr, ceo aur tl sab bekaar hai iss company mein kuch hai hi ni acha. Yeh aapse increment ke time overtime krwayenge sabhi modification krwayenge phir inke client ko apne hi krwaye gye modification psnd ni aayenge phir yeh bolenge ki aapne kaam shi se ni kiya client ko psnd ni aaya.... client ko apne hi modification psnd ni aa rhe toh humari performance khrab. Pura saal nikal jata hai tab tumhe performance nhi khrab lgti.. iss company ki jitni burayi kro utni km hai bss isse join mt kro 🙏🙏
