I continue 15 years with this group as a labour welfare officer to AVP-hr & ir department. I work various units and location of this group like punjab, Rajasthan. I also worked with others companies in textile sector and leave the job three times. But i not stable others and return back Nahar because my total years experience in Nahar so no any problem face there. If you work done those your duties then why company action. Work culture is harmonious. Company policies change as per requirement & current situation of company.

...es very big problem for saving citizens life government shutdown all industries. Now textile industries position stable day to day and company provides wages & salary on time. So we all expect good and believe on Company top management now is better time start for company & employees.

Work place of Nahar industrial is good every employee enjoy in company autospaire if you work hard and honesty then your career is growth 100%.

Presently not any activities is dislike in company. If people done excellent work his future is bright.

Distribute masks of each & every employees of company free of cost. Three times spary in mills shopfloor. Display various notice & templates about Corona safety & precautions. Hand sanitizes before enter in department. Check tempracture of all employees when coming duty. Awareness about social distance more than 2 meters.

Due to textile market distrub then company reduce manpower but not stop wages & salary distribution of all employees.
