You can learn new things your own, no one restrict about that but you have to complete given work in timeline. Staff behavior is good except HR.

compensation is avg , work pressure is high, sometimes 9-10 hours without overtime allowance, you can not question about salary slip or deduction if u do they ll give excuase to meet you, system not followed properly, salary slip not given every month , work culture is avg, you have to overtime to complete task no compensation for over time sometimes upto 9 pm.none kind of training and development no other activity. just job.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
