Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 - 18 hours in a day late in to the night.

If you want a Job change this is the place. They are keen on recruiting experienced fellows for a minimum pay. They do it by marking your previous experience as "irrelevant"

...unless you ask for it, my wage was stuck at 15k until I gave-in my resignation 6) Lower Pay, they take interns at 8,000 7) They use interns as Office Boys 8) They will ask you to work even after 8pm and on sundays

... no any senior and junior we all equal to each other, and without pressure work. And every end of the months right time receive the salary.

My according dislike in Argus technology company is never rest in working day. Anyone available in 24 hours.

This company provided good platform learn the things, teammates are very friendly, nice environment

Nothing is dislike i have completed two years agreement , so i am planning to change the company enhance my skills and financial growth

They dont care for employee and there family , they are selfish and there no job satisfaction at all they can remove you any time even u work hard for the company ,
