Work-life balance is good. High quality systems and procedures are good and setup by European.

Dislikes

No-Employee friendly culture. Leadership is missing for top level persons in the plant. Work culture must be improved and peoples need to work for growth of the company rather than to secure the job due to lack of leadership at top level in plant. Employee welfare is poor.

We can learn a lot. Developing company so our skill will improve. Code of conduct & policies are good 😊

Dislikes

We can’t able to follow the work flow system. Ex: scrap monitoring is complicated, manpower issues, no preventive maintenance for machines, machine conditions are not good. Space constrain No proper management Promotion and appraisal system is very bad no improvement 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
