Likes

- Salary package offered here was on all fixed basis. That was nice - Quick project spans - Nice & easy Employee + Family health insurances - They had ZOHO employee management pplatform, which was cool

Dislikes

- Tremendous reputation biased work culture with super peer-pressure - Low standard project-management - Co-Managers were jealous & manipulative - Pleasurers & Flaterries towards higher management are only given importances - No other scope here outside PEGA & al Pega

If you are lucky enough then you'll land up in a project of longer duration as well as with good work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation for QA levels is not that great. Most of the projects are short spanned liked 3-4 months. Work load in such projects is way to high. Literally it is work life imbalance. Most of the colleagues who have been here for a longer duration rule and run the company. Not a great place to work.

Likes

Flexible to work from anywhere. They encourage the latest technologies and trends.

Dislikes

Low pay, very tight budget, and the UX works are only on designing screens and do not have any other deliverables. Most BAs lead the business and user calls and work on the process flows with the Dev.

Business is good and hiring is in progress. Hikes and promotions are frozen. No one talks about ESOPs and bonus.

Dislikes

No culture, no respect for opinions of employees. Front line managers are powerless, employees still have to depend on founders for all decisions. Politics, regional feeling,lack of professionalism is evident. If you know the founder personally, you can do anything in the organization. External COO doesn't have any power..
