Work culture was good untill worthless nepotism leader entered. Name starts with T. Such a worst leadership person who spoiled 100's of employees life and she started enjoying with her crew. Blind and bitter truth is top level people supporting her in all the ways due to some external factors and eveyething has been went into her hands. Boom 💥! Company collapsed even though she is still there.

Nothing is there to like, there is no job security and top management is totally worst, they don't know how to work with external clients. As every year festival comes to celebrate so in arete layoffs happened every year. No hikes. Don't join.

This company called me for Servicedesk engineer lead position and asking procurement and cyber security question. They simply called and took interview and insultig me. And saying you are not selected. Means they want to show they are very clever and we are nothing also when I asked I know linux and unix hp AIX sun Solaris they said that it is out dated technology. I think they are showing that they are working NASA. So IT is humble request don't go for interview in Arete it is waste of time and money. Also they said that I have to work Monday to Saturday and 15 to 16 hours That director Anil said another Saral project manager is clever and he is holding all the things So I told them give me L1 Servicedesk engineer but they rejected and providing bad feedback. I have 17 years experience but I didn't get this worst treatment during interview But Arete is not good organization I understood at least
