... demanding, never satisfied with your service. Politics is play ground for them. Always trying to find way out for salary cut. No CL, SL at all. What ever the condition of the outside, u have to attend office. Even it is tsunami or Lock down.

...That is maac and arena Institute. Their is local culture in these organisations. No salary slips. No extra benifits ( pf, tds, health insurance etc ) No Saturday off, the salary range is 20-35 k max for guys who have 10 years of experience. In that u need to tech non stop 9 to 6. In this field all center owners give all importance to councellor because the take admission and fees submition tasks. Faculty are labour no more than that. Salary made by cheque on every 10 ( reasons is that students make fees payment on 10. After their collection they give cheque. Than u have to wait 4 days so bank will clear that check. And no notice period culture is famous in this field. When ever you will quit company no offer Lett will be provided.

...he franchise partner of Arena Animation. Souls Combine have system design fault. They don't give salary on time. Even they don't give full salary. No platform for learning and growth. If someone if looking for career exposure then I would suggest not to join this company.

The owner of the company does not respect anyone. Very less salary increments. Once you become a senior employee, you will get replaced by someone who is younger and accepts to work at a lesser salary than you.

Nothing but served because it was not at that time for animation. Issues related to salary payment every month, sometime payment not done 2 to 3 months and company does not care about these at all. Not more than 15 days holidays yearly, all natiinal or bank holidays are not granted but very few like 26jan, 15 aug, 2oct, holi 2 days, diwali 3 to 4 days and 1st jan holidays. Even these r not bydefault, u have to ask them if this time how many days for diwali etc. If you go for official tour they cut half amount from your salary. Even then they do not pay your travelling expanses only main base expanses of hotel room. No medical, no PF, no proper increament plan or incentives. Even if they promisse for increament later they find excuses to not carry out so you get dissappointed and later you loose interest in those fake schemes. They deposite you ist salary as if you leave job so they can use it as panelty. Overall not satisfied.

Salary related issues every month, no PF, no salary slip, no appointment later given, no incentives, no proper salary increaments. Very less holidays. They do not care about employees. No medical, no proper payments for expanses even if done on official tour. Only sundays are holiday.
