Politics. No roles are pre defined. Zero integrity and the whole day management wants you to be on WhatsApp reporting everything, discussing everything etc. People come & go like crazy. Attrition is very high in the school.

Likes

Assembly time was always cheerful and full of positive vibes. Art teacher was simply great at his work.

Dislikes

1. Senior co-teacher Namita, who continued to be disrespectful to a fresher like me. Always rude, ill-mannered and criticizing her assistant teacher and even to tiny, little kids of her classroom. Never supportive of her co-teacher and very egoistic. 2. Principals of the school kept changing very often. 3. One senior class had only 1 student in his entire section. 4. Wud often call on Saturdays for cut n craft work. 5. Too much of craft work for the teachers to be done at home. 6. Little kids were made to perform on their annual function in single layer of clothing in extreme winters in an open ground while the parents in the audience were served hot coffee. Pathetic!
