100% worst company.i was the HR executive at their naidupeta plant.no worker can stay a longas possible. I have forgotten my wife name because of their pressure. Sandeep grover promise anything and his stupid fellow want me to do that thing which is impossible at that time..stay at your home, is it possible but Don't join this company it will suck all your blood and gives you nothing...

You can learn lot of things because you only have to manage all things like switches,routers,firewall,nvr,epabx,ip cameras and non IT things like Airconditioners,working for hr team , taking quotations from vendor bargaining etc……..

They’ll dump you with irrelevant jobs that you don’t even know like Taking care of Airconditioners,Hr related works , purchase related works , they won’t give workers you have to work in drainages while laying the cable,there are some management staffs those persons don’t know how to treat educated people they’ll normally talk like waste , use some other bad words in hindi that i don’t want to mention here, the work culture was very worst if you want to be a slave go and join there otherwise I won’t recommend these company and there is no job guarantee they’ll fire you immediately, and pull you out like criminals while i was there they fired around 20employees within 1 Year lots of people left volunteerly because of their work culture even im also left because of work culture and some persons don’t know manners they’ll scold you like a dog treat you like a slave I worked there day and night even in week off but they returned some bad words total HR team will support management only no one will support you if any issues comes against management team

Every two months they are changing unit head, their directors are having third class culture, nobody can work there, they are doing mental torture & suddenly one day forcefully taking registration letter, it's not suggested to anyone to join there.its applicable for every level.

Dislikes

Everything disliking, management beheveour is third class.
