Salary is less No proper appraisal and also the appraisal amount will not cross 500/- Partiality Too much work pressure Shift timings No TL and Mangers will help u whenever u need There's no proper leaves given to u Rather look for some other company rather getting placed here

No job security. They just lay off the employees without proper intimation. And when it comes to salary part they provide very less salary to the employees and no proper transportation facilities too.

work culture and environment is terrible. Work pressure is so high and not giving any single leave if anything emergency case also happened. Management is very bad and not giving any leave , benefits. If anyone join the company he need to work 24*7 . Pls never join Moder at any cost.

It was very very very very very bad experience working with Archwell operations. Escrow management is the worst, specially Assistant Manager Arunkumar Venkatachala. Even if someone genuinely dies in your family and you go and approach him for emergency leaves he will still question you like who will take care of your team. He will call and discuss about the errors received yesterday when you are attending funeral of your family member. The worst experience of my whole career to work with this guy.

1. worst work-life balance and poor HR and management 2. Yearly hike and promotion is only for TL and above. for associates just verbal appreciation 3.No job security, incentives, and management. 4. don't waste time by joining here.
