Nothing Positive to talk about Archon. Only learning is attending trainings and working with OEM's

Worst Management. Every employee who quits goes through a tremendous trauma (90% of the employees have faced this). No employee retention plans. Management never respects any employee. There has been many instances when an employee leaves for better growth and joins other companies, they purposefully give negative feedbacks during the background checks and spoil careers. Average employees tenure is less than a year at Archon. No experienced persons will join this company and that is why they hunt for freshers, slog them for a year and forcing the employee to quit.
