Working in the studio's building itself is a good architectural experience.

The salary is delayed sometimes, and if you're selected, the expectation from you would be a lot to deliver, though that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I enjoy the collaborative work environment where everyone works together towards a common goal. the company fosters a culture of teamwork, which help us to achieve our goals more effectively. Overall an average company, not very good, not bad

Strict timings but only the entry timing, exit timing is variable i.e. you need to stay longer than the fixed timing when work is there, but no relaxation in entry timing.

i have join the group because of great vision & Leave the group because of poor leadership. there is nobody to ask the reason of leaving the group as i mention to MD (Mr Sourabh Gupta ) in my resignation in the mail. very bad experience with archohm
