The range and diversity of projects that archohm takes provides great exposure and learning, this aspect is unmatched here compared to other firms. Here the various teams work in unison and there's always something to learn or contribute on all aspects of the field of architecture and design. Working in the studio's building itself is a good architectural experience.

The salary is delayed sometimes, and if you're selected, the expectation from you would be a lot to deliver, though that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Likes

Archohm abides by the DNA of get the job done. It is a practice of all young people working together and creating magic. My favourite part of the office is interactions and annual international tour.

Overall an average company, not very good, not bad

Strict timings but only the entry timing, exit timing is variable i.e. you need to stay longer than the fixed timing when work is there, but no relaxation in entry timing.

Nothing good to be tell about this baniya/lala company, beware new joiners dont fall prey to lavishly designed office building, mark my word you will regret after joining

there is a list of thing you dislike about this company, but main reason is delay in salaries, this company will not pay you salaries in time and will block your hard earned money for 6 months atleast
