Dislikes

The environment and culture is very toxic. Firing can happen as when the HR team or the leadership decides. There is no basis for firing people. Rules and regulations can change as per convenience. The company merged with other company which was a profit making company and the employees of other company were treated badly. Anybody willing to join... please think twice and see the reviews of others before deciding. Worst company

- Before murger of Novigo Partners Pvt Ltd into ArchLynk with Krypt Inc, the work culture, employee policies, benefits of Novigo made it great place to work. - All seniors were good and supportive.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

- Post merger they changed most of the policies which earlier were employee centric. Now its just like other service based organization. - Suddenly laid off in June 2022 without any proper reason. Earlier management assured that they will not lay off employees.
