It's a Design and Architecture based Construction Company i like their Structure elevation and architectural designs & Execution and also salary - benefits among the employees are good it work culture looks like an long organization.

Keep time on site also as employer attendance policy

Rather than other usual construction companies Architeca is trying to bring a MNC kind of work culture which I have never experienced before

Dislikes

Need to stramline certain things which creates more confusions on site during execution Also need to source alternative vendors. Too much dependency on a particular vendor creates pressure for themselves also for ours on execution

Working time is fixed. it can be better if it is flexible time for minimum 30 min. (ex: check-in time 9.30 to 10 am and checkout time 6 to 6.30pm but should be 8 hours per day). it will help to manage any other personal works & responsibilities regarding bank work, dropping Children to school and etc.
