You can loose the job anytime. Atleast in my tenure it was really bad. Work life balance is ok but work satisfaction was not there. You can’t talk to upper management with your issues freely. If they will hear then also they will forget.

Management attitude towards employees. Zero job security Culture Sake the name of budget they won’t include new employees to their lunch. Kind of funny. No outing etc

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
