Dislikes

Bad rating policy. Old employees get a bigger chunk of bonus. Irrational appraisal process. Quarterly good feedbacks do not apply when there's appraisal. Engineering teams have good leadership but not the other teams.

Only salary part is good.

Dislikes

I have worked with one of the worst managers, team. No learning opportunities provided. Upper management is not reachable. No tax saving options. You will end up flat 30% tax.

Good infrastructure and food. Onboarding experience is good. Compensation is competitive

Food in canteen, There are some smart people Lucky if you have a good direct manager

Too much politics They take out internal openings and if we apply they literally torture and harass you Person in the cabin knows nothing other than insulting and playing politics The surveys are not anonymous so one should abstain from giving true feedback else this person in cabin will **** you.
