...period is To long after 4 year training you become a permanent employee of AMNS. During Training program no any PF Deduction from your salary that's is not Good. Accomodation facility for Diploma and BTech holders are very different. AC bus Facility only For Permanent employee and BTech holders and Diploma Holder travel in Non AC bus. Expensive Food at Company Canteen

1. Discrimination in Salary for employees of same cadre 2. Proper planning required in the expansion process . 3 . No proper plan to accomodate all employees in township 4. Canteen facility is very poor .

-First is package is low(15000)/month -Second is some plant like HBI not facilities like AC and proper sitting arrangement -Third is company not given any holiday tickit even not given sweets and extra things meaning not given blinder etc during Diwali -Fourth is confirmation time period is very long (4year) for diploma freshers. -fifth is if we compare with MNC group then it is very poor management

...alued here. 6. In this company, your higher degree doesn't respected at all. B.Tech persons getting higher salary than the M.Tech that too from top IITs & NITs & that too for doing nothing. 7. New entrants & GETs are forced to do the laborious jobs, or something that doesn't suit their knowledge & skills at all. 8. Last but not the least, only in this MNC, you will find worst food & accomodation service & that too highly overpriced.
