...alued here. 6. In this company, your higher degree doesn't respected at all. B.Tech persons getting higher salary than the M.Tech that too from top IITs & NITs & that too for doing nothing. 7. New entrants & GETs are forced to do the laborious jobs, or something that doesn't suit their knowledge & skills at all. 8. Last but not the least, only in this MNC, you will find worst food & accomodation service & that too highly overpriced.

Salary, growth and promotion are not meant for the new one's i mean to say for engineers. Never join this group as engineer, you can join as a assistant manager with a big package. Employees wait for significant appraisal which has been become a dream. So it is better to join as mid level with hefty package which they give easily.
