There is not time management. 5. They don't have any policy. 6. Owner using abusing language to their employees. 7. Always paid sales staff incentives after 3 months. 8. There is no bonus and no paid leave. 9. They said employees any time today's your last day. 10. They will never pay the full and final amount of ex employee.

This is a proprietary type of company. No corporate culture, no professionalism, no ethics. You can expect to get terminated any day. You have to work more than 12 hours a day. Work on public holidays, especially festivals bcoz it's a retail company and accounts department is supposed to touch feet of sales department and support them all the time even at 11pm at night.

Dislikes

Company pays salary as per 50 days cycle. So be prepared to loose your half month's salary when you get terminated. If you resign, you have to give 3 months notice period. During corona crisis owner took advantage of the situation and sacked most of the people. CEO and CFO or HR are only for namesake. All the decisions are taken by solely one individual who has extremely mood swings and ego issues. They have not paid salary for the work done or not even paid notice period while sacking them. Even CEO and CFO left organization bcoz of such unethical actions by owner. Think 100 times before joining this company.

Arcee is a place where you get to learn a lots of things from every individual and specially from the owner , Mr Dev Sharma is the best in many ways , you get to learn a lot from himself , Arcee is a platform where you get to learn the market strategy in India

There are certain things for which I have discussed with the management and they are doing their best to get it implemented and can do really good to their business

Absolutely nothing. We you don’t have a degree you can probably start here as they recruit who are ready to work for less and compromise on educational qualification

Dislikes

They feel we are hungry for their jobs and treat employees like they have no caliber.the management shouts a lot on employees and there’s constant gossiping . The best is HR uses the CCTV camera to create gossip and spread around.
