HR comes to your desk and fills good reviews on your behalf. Skills are joke to them, they pay wages as per labour charge to freshers and then HR makes fun out of that on floor, there is only one person who is managing or messing up everything Vijay machhan. His first preference is you should belong to his village or at max to Himachal to get hired nothing else required.

They do have a good product but they are terrible at managing it.

Dislikes

To be very honest there are many cons here. I will try to list out some- 1. No professionalism at all. 2. Pathetic behaviour towards employees. 3. No job security. 4. No reimbursement at all. Most of the costs that are expected to be taken care by management ate taken care by employees. 5. Daily calls are done to escalate or I would say point out people in front of the whole office and they might even use irrelevant words and shout. 6. Even in the peak time of COVID they forced employees to be back to office with a threatning mail. 7. DON'T JOIN... I I'll repeat DON'T JOIN.

No proper training provide. Every team is blaming others when something gone wrong.

Dislikes

No coordination between teams. Some people which are there from last 6-12 years know things but still don't want to help new peoples.
