Aratt is one of the worst places to work, primarily due to severe internal politics and zero job security. The work environment is highly toxic, and mental harassment is common. Women, in particular, are not treated well, and the workplace feels unsafe and unfriendly for female employees. Senior employees often create a hostile atmosphere instead of providing support. On top of this, unrealistic daily targets add to the stress, making it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. The management follows a family-run approach rather than adhering to standard corporate rules and policies. Even when complaints are made, HR lacks the authority or autonomy to take meaningful action. Decisions seem to be driven more by personal preferences than by professional standards, which creates an unstructured and frustrating work environment.
