Management is all full of politics. Those who can butter well, may survive long here. They are not at all customer centric and not employee centric as well. All they care about is cost cutting and paying less to employees. They threaten to spoil your career if you raise a voice against the management.

Not proper training system , and tuff targets to achieve for the company. Little work life balance if you invest totally. Company is lagging behind in Fast moving logistics industry from its competitors.

Honestly I was very much excited when I got.offer from Aramex India Pvt. Ltd. By 3rd party pay roll, I was in a myth that here work culture being an MNC will be at the high quality but honestly that was my expectations which went wrong totally in a week post me joining. 1. IT DEPT :: GIVEN FAULTY PC TO WORK 2. TL/REPORTING MANAGER :: VERY RUSE AND USE AS MUCH AS SLANG LANGUAGE. 3. TEAMATES :: NOT ATALL HELPFUL SPECIALLY THE SENIOR ONES. 4. No proper training and KT sharing. If you are planning to join then I will suggest ready to face the heat.

Those who are in lower salary joining for growth of salary which will not be Continue working for long term. Don't quit and join from existing job ,join only if there is no option because job period will be a short term

No job security, No Ethics, Even if you are achieving the target they will reset non realistic very high target and remove the employees. Pathetic poor service even to Core sector in far east middle. Most of them from non industry of logistics are only joining, they are not getting candidates from same industry are not joining. Pick up & delivery of india is handled by Delhivery. No own aircraft depending on airlines for connection at destination also depending on agents for delivery So nothing is under their control. Now it's going to acquired by Q logistics LLC Dubai under progress . No work life balance need to update all the reports at 10 PM on WhatsApp, so having a peaceful sleep is not possible. All the works to be handled only by sales
