Many things for learn and on daily basis we are learning more and more. Company policies are good, appraisal are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is an lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. HR department not takes review of our manager from employer only take review from manager of ground staff.

...management doesn't know what is going on down level. No equal work distribution. Late salary till 13 of month. Only those who know how to butter senior level get rewarded. Third class management

Couldn't continue working with Aramex for a longer period of time it was only three months of my working with them and 14 employees including me was asked to leave. They told us company domestic operation is getting closed and we were asked to leave however the same process for which we were working is still running with them. I didn't receive my fnf amount yet. I was been told we will receive our fnf amount at end of march 2019 however now today it is 10th June 2019 and we have not received our fnf amount yet. It is a huge injustice done by Aramex to us that we have not received our fnf amount yet. Request you to raise my fnf concern as I was not the absconded employee.

Salary transfer date , need weekly voucher , job security , every facility but very low pay monthly salary not progress every year .

1. Service issues in core sector locations also. 2. Can not commit client for the service TAT. 3. No improvement or listening for service failures and due to that business loss.
