Xilligence have good clients, the clients are friendly so helpful and considerate. I felt so comfortable working with them. Xilligence provides work life balance like no other. They dont mind when you come and when you go.

...xed appraisal cycles. People will get appraisal if there is a bulk transition. No performance analysis people who gets salary are the ones who are in good books of the employer Internal politics is a headache you should be careful to whom you share your professional concerns to.

Conducting Weekend fun activities and providing food to the night shift employees

Dislikes

It is just a hire and fire-out company. You won't get any training regarding latest technologies which they will promise you at the time of hiring. Even the Tech Leads also won't have the enough knowledge regarding the project. Due to this issue, it is very difficult to handle the client.
