Nothing. No job security. No prospect of growth. Senior executives pay themselves well but other staff are paid the same as 10 years previous - not even annual inflation salary reviews to reflect increase in cost of living. Company policies? Well those are applied on you depending on how high the structure you are and if they like you!

Dislikes

...r their hard work, commitment and loyalty. At many times senior executives (e.g. Financial executive) heavily relies on junior staff to produce excellent piece of financial evaluation and report and the Financial executive will present it to his peers like it's his own work! Unless you are close in with CEO (and owner) or other owners, your pay will be poor at best and appalling at worse. In summary, a terrible company and poor reflection of UAE's 2030 vision!
