A great place to work at. They give good facilities to their employees. They have good living facilities good rooms, kitchens, gym area etc When you join the company initially they provide you with half month salary so that you can take care of your months expenses this is very helpful for someone who is coming to a new country, new place and doesn't know anyone also who was jobless for sometime finance can be a issue initially. They also provide good training to their staff which I also liked.

Now there is racism and favouritism going on in ACGC. The operations manager Mr. Consious Velaveran is a Tamil Catholic he has his team of goons who operate church in his residential area. In his church all his catholic Tamil supporters from Tamil Nadu, Kerela, Srilanka attend. They have a team they report false information to Consious infact there is a competition amongst his group to out play each other and become conscious favorite. I am an Indian from Bombay, since the day I joined ACGC I was constantly transferred, I faced 5 transfers in the span of 2 years. Also I would not favour the Tamil guys or Consious supporters because they were bullies and often acting smart and trying to bully Filipinos, Nepalis, Sril lankans. Due to this reason I was threatened by Consious's right hand Sajimon Joseph that I will loose my job and I was kicked out of the company even after getting a Letter of Recommendation from the Client BAE systems. The company is absolutely good but this guy Consious is spoiling the reputation of the company he is filling important positions in the company with his relatives there are many things to say about Consious but for now this is it !! Consious will like only if you are a catholic from Tamil Nadu or Kerela and attend his church!!!

Confused Management. Salary increment doesn't happen easily. Internal transfers keep happening if they don't find clarity in your role.

Now stop annual function as provided by company. Company not try to make meeting with employees. Only follow the instructions as given your senior

The management is not promoting the employee... Example, when the site lose a engineer, the management has to think about the supervisor to promote his designation instead of looking a new engineer

Its all about my job as a C4 maintenance technician doing a job to be done,its all about teammates,job security,travel,learning,work environment, innovation,worklife,etc.

Its all about politics,salary/appraisal.
