It is a web of thieves with no job security, to fight and use blackmail to get salary increases. Extremely unqualified to management, no management systems, with no prospects for career growth. No internal management procedures for all operations of the Co. Decisions change daily depending on the daily mood of top management. I do not recommend this company to any one.

Appreciation,promotions and salary based on nationality. Asian countries employees are looked down irrespective of qualifications & skills. No scope of growth in Organisation which is reserved only for Arabic nationalities

There is no such reasons happened to me to dislike. But my concern for the difference in compensation for the same categories of work or same work levels.

I am very happy to work in this company. It's a very good experience with our teammates to work here every one is helping in nature with the new comers. Job security depends on the project but company is not release until they have no further project. It's facilities and the environment are very good. They care about all the employees. Very important things for this company is that they are providing too much the chance to growth. Thank you,
