...t even clients refuse to discuss anything with her. Your work is given no value. Your half day salary is cut even if you’re 1 second late. Salary and benefits - A BIG ZERO. People are given as worst appraisals as 700/- 1000/- rupees. This is the value that they hold for their employees.

If you ever care about your mental and physical health please do not come here. The only good thing present there is Avinash Nawathe Sir himself, he is the only reason why I was willing to work there. HR wants everyone to sit, walk and talk according to her. How much time you spend in the washroom is also tracked here. She talks about wearing decent clothes during policy training and herself wears obscene clothes to office. Huge respect for Nawathe Sir but I feel sad at the same time that such a renowned firm is losing its legacy due to such people behind the management. More than 50 people have left since I had joined the firm and their strength is around 80. By this it is clear what environment this office holds.

Seniors are worst dominating, timing issue, manager and HR and team leader always do politics on there team members. And manager rishabh Mehta and HR archana and management don't even listen to there employees.not good environment for girls. Team leader omkar pawar missbehave with girls and politics issue worst experience

We all have tremendous respect for Ar. Nawathe sir. He's a self-catering, down to earth and hard working man. But, behind his back, company follows terrible culture,favoritism,personalism,politics,back bitching, gossiping & much more. And all the thanks to the terrible HR the company has gotten. She is the termite that is degrading the company day by day & is doing this from last 5 years. She terminates people if they are qualified, smart or experienced than her. She favorites people who keep on buttering her. She is so educationally illiterate that she can't even write a single sentence properly in English. She lectures female staff regarding clothes, hair styles wherein she herself wears obscene clothes & is always showing off her not so good hair. Many good, experienced people have left the organisation because of her. During probation period, on the context of conducting review, she asks questions about personal life like whom we are dating, and why is your family like this etc. She is the demon with horrible attitude. If the company kicks her out, then the company will really have good future.

HR is the worst. Too much politics & salary is never on time (be it covid situation or non-covid situation)
