Company cannot step back even if they formulated a wrong workflow pattern like a intelligence routing and SHDA as they invested money in. I like the environment before it all started

Dislikes

As I said, poor workflow management and they cannot pay for what you work. Deduction for everything, loss of pay if you are not meeting the daily target even you achieved monthly target... you have to beg your manager for attendance regularization every month, which he does not do..

If u want leave they will make u resign forcefully and then will deduct salary..no job security terminated at any time bcoz of audits or if u want leave..shift timing are hectic no work life balance

Nothing to like...they cut salary for taking leave also make u resign forcefully..would highly recommend freshers not to join they have bond policy..

The salary hikes and promotions are very rare and inconsistent, and do not reflect the performance or potential of the employees. I feel that the company does not value or reward its talent adequately, and this affects the motivation and morale of the staff.

Low growth, unsatisfactory salary most of the time, less night shift allowance, no extra monetary benefits, high targets and quality expectations, no overtime benefits

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Low salary but high work load.
