Nice learning experience, and equal hands on experience and also privilege to participate at every part of product development for every member of the product team.

It would be great if the office is better located, it doesnt have anything around to eat for lunch or in the evening.

Toxic work environment and bad politics. Work process not good at all.

Dislikes

Everything....from leadership to products.... everything needs revamp. They doesn't even think whom they have been fired. It can be a critical resource. Leadership lacks everything they don't know what they want. You can't bypass the leadership and do any work neither you can grow further. If you take a step either your job will be under risk or character assassination of the employee. People who work hard has no importance and people who don't do anything will be their outstanding critics. Stay away from this company.

Bad system, Fit for Politics rather than work.

Justice not served rightly, Damage done. Aquera not really a good place to work. Toxic environment, pukes. They like Chamcha's only. Your Hardwork/efforts doesn't work here. Cheap level of politics they doesn't care whomsoever it is. Power of their seats misused with the top most efficient employees who represented the organization and built the team. Top most efficient employee has been Bullied, Harassed, tortured and targeted in one or the other way badly by the team members. They might not speak about it, but they will carry the scars of the behaviour that has been impacted. The power of leadership/Manager's position shouldn't come at the cost of someone's dignity. HR, Operations lack empathy but still upper management support them as they are the game makers and close to the management. Even they don't do any work leadership will be very sweet but not with the employees who puts efforts. Managers are bluffmasters they dance accordingly to the leadership as they are getting good benefits. Hard working employees are taken for granted and smashed badly. Aquera is good for the people simply sitting monthly getting. For ambitious, people can stay away. No matter how hard you work they stamp on you badly that you can't grow further and they create/poke the person to that extent either they have to move by themselves or termination/resignation is the last option for them. Many employee's careers has been hampered by the manager's and their chamcha's and leadership. Shameless creatures, Get some sense don't play with people careers.

Nothing people have no clarity on how to scale, people seam friendly at first but no welcoming quality afterwards

Looooonng interview process. being a startup, 9hrs mandatory for no reason, product mangers have no direction about what to do, they don't give time to prove your worth, management has no idea what skillset of a person they need. 'Hire anytime fire anytime' is the motto for the company. No prior notice or feedback about performance as you can be asked to leave any day leading to zero job security . Enter at your own risk and don't go on the fake Google reviews as those have been posted by the management themselves

Narrow minded people with lack of knowledge , the HRs are not even having proper knowledge to be HRs and they discriminate among employees as per their wish . If you are in their good books all good or else they will cook up stories to defame .
