It would be great if the office is better located, it doesnt have anything around to eat for lunch or in the evening.

Toxic work environment and bad politics. Work process not good at all.

Dislikes

Everything....from leadership to products.... everything needs revamp. They doesn't even think whom they have been fired. It can be a critical resource. Leadership lacks everything they don't know what they want. You can't bypass the leadership and do any work neither you can grow further. If you take a step either your job will be under risk or character assassination of the employee. People who work hard has no importance and people who don't do anything will be their outstanding critics. Stay away from this company.

Nothing people have no clarity on how to scale, people seam friendly at first but no welcoming quality afterwards

Looooonng interview process. being a startup, 9hrs mandatory for no reason, product mangers have no direction about what to do, they don't give time to prove your worth, management has no idea what skillset of a person they need. 'Hire anytime fire anytime' is the motto for the company. No prior notice or feedback about performance as you can be asked to leave any day leading to zero job security . Enter at your own risk and don't go on the fake Google reviews as those have been posted by the management themselves

Narrow minded people with lack of knowledge , the HRs are not even having proper knowledge to be HRs and they discriminate among employees as per their wish . If you are in their good books all good or else they will cook up stories to defame .

1. Faster growing company in Identity Management and governance space. 2. Management listens to employees suggestion 3. Middle level managers / architects with good technical skills 4. Employees have plenty of opportunity to grow along with company 5. Customer lists are getting double every year with fast pace sales record. 6. Plenty of benefits including free IPD/OPD for self and family with zero payment from pocket, Free lunch, Internet reimbursement, soft skill based training, Fitness coach training in office, Physio session, Team outing for every month.
