Poor Quality of Leaders which only seek for work but No Appreciation 6. Repeated Tasks 7. No trainings 8. Don't expect anything other than salary

Here everyone supporting to new commerce and junior's to learn new things. Having freedom to every to express the skill. Senier's and management well supportive. Overall it's good organization.

Salary & increments are minimum. Increments are not timely. No incentives. Efforts are not converted in monetary benefits. Management lacks project planning skills.
