Compensation is OK, growth is slow. Work pressure is high. Job training not organized and I have to train fresher's. No training dept. HR department not effective. You have to make your team & have to do business. Marketing dept lagging.

Lots of work pressure . Works never get recognized. Promotions and salarys increments will be not in time. Management never considers the plight of the people working. Nothing other than work happens here. No Team outing or even a talk from the concerned managers or bosses on understanding what the employees require.

Very good management but some people's got too much other than there capacity and now they are in management team

Dislikes

Appraisal is once in two year but you are in favor of management team then you will get good appraisal compare to others. Sales and service teams are acknowledged more compare to other department. In all companies accounts department treated as waste department where as all the information about companies financials will be taken care by these people's only

Very bad working cultute..no any system, very durty space inside of company only office look likes good. Behaviour of People working in company is very bad..Production head, Assistant Manager are not supportive having no technically knowledge.each after six month you looks new People no job security. No work life balance.

Company lacks a vision for expansive growth, new ideas and prefers to be content with casual approach. People with innovative ideas are rather seen as a threat to an otherwise conservative thinking company
