Good overall exposure for learning different skills. Owners are very good people. Company's Customer base is good. KRAs are well defined and structured. Good balance between home and work possible. Location is easy to travel.

Nothing much. Company is strong in manufacturing water treatment chemicals. For other applications the company is far behind the competition.

Dislikes

1. No job security 2. Poor work life balance 3. Bigger aspirations to capture market share but no R&D support for developing new products. 4. Micro-managing and arrogant superiors I’d suggest candidates to think twice before joining this company.

Company owners were good, but managers , hr, everything is so corrupted. Only foot locking is required there to improve. Always gossiping is very important. No proper technical process.
